Gordon Biersch Brewery- Annapolis, MD

http://www.gordonbiersch.com/

This is a burger worth driving clear across the state for.  If you are in the Annapolis area, stop in, you will not be disappointed.  Everything from the appetizer small plates they offer (de-lish!) to the grilled cheese (also pictured) and the burger- it was all good! It'll make top 50 for sure, maybe close to top 25.

Luxe Burger Bar- Providence, RI

This is just ok- not much more to say.

Union Station Brewery - Providence, RI

This was flat out a badddddd burger. I stopped eating it after 2 bites

Black & Orange Burger Bar - Washington, DC

http://www.blackandorangeburger.com/

Well I'd go to this place just because of the name!  It was a good burger and I'd clearly go again. However when I was told after the fact that Shake Shack was around the corner, I felt deprived!  It's good but I'd probably go around the corner if asked again : )

Dead End BBQ - Knoxville, TN

http://www.deadendbbq.com/

I'm a southern girl so this place made me happy because it smelled like smoke and BBQ!  The burger was pretty good. Not top 25 but solid for sure. I'd go back, but I have to say I think I'd order the BBQ : )

Old Man Rafferty's - New Brunswick, NJ

Had the opportunity to go here with one of my former assistants.  It's a good burger, not something I'd drive across town for in the future!

Blue Moon Burgers - Seattle, WA

http://bluemoonburgers.com/

My friend Sloan picked this place out. We might not let him pick anymore : )   It was suppose to be the new hot place to eat burgers in Seattle and it was just "ok".  The company I went with was the redeeming highpoint of this burger trip.  I'm sure Seattle can do better!

Smash Burger - New Brunswick, NJ

This is my second post on Smash Burger. I don't normally give someone  two posts however, this Smash Burger location is better than the one in Newark and deserve the credit for being a pretty darn good burger!

Frank & Bill's Burger Shack - Ewing, NJ

https://www.facebook.com/frankbillsburgershack

This may be NJ's newest gem of a classic dive.  You'll find this place inside a bowling alley called Curtis Lanes. It's priceless. Watch out Bobby Flay!  I'm proud to say I've been three times in a month and had a different burger each time. All good. Last night is was the "Train Wreck" with jalapenos, slaw, bacon, cheese, pickles and more.  And the fries are excellent. These guys are doing a great job.  Last night we had one of the owners and he was fired up! Sorry that I didn't ask if you were Frank or Bill!  Anyway, my colleague ordered a double patty, double bacon, double cheese burger.  They got so excited they took her picture.  Keep an eye on facebook for her.  The best part of this burger place is that across the hall, yes I said across the hall, is a dive bar inside the bowling lane.  You can order your burger and they will deliver it to the bar.  Can't get better than that!  My other colleague had some chicken wings (after his burger) as well and he said they were great.  If you like burgers, give these guys a try. I'll be going back often.  See you there!
